.We ship UPS Ground and it usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive at your door. We send tracking info. once an item has been paid for if its in stock, pre-sold items will recieve tracking a couple of weeks before the item ships. We do not ship insured or signature required, it is the customers responsibility to track and look out for the package & confirm the address is correct & to inform us if it is incorrect.
